By downloading, installing, or using Contralumina ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

1. LICENSE GRANT
TempoQuest, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to three (3) devices for personal or commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software; (c) remove any proprietary notices from the Software.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to TempoQuest, Inc. and title thereto remains in TempoQuest, Inc.

4. NO OPERATIONAL RELIANCE
The Software is not designed for use in situations where failure could result in personal injury, death, or property damage. Do not rely on the Software for medical, aviation, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPOQUEST, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPOQUEST'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TempoQuest, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

8. NO REFUNDS
All purchases are final. The free demo allows full verification of compatibility before purchase.

9. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

10. MODIFICATIONS
TempoQuest, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States.

12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TempoQuest, Inc. regarding the Software.
